I cannot emphasize enough how terrible our experience was. To his credit he came out on the 4th of July but did not fix the issue. Indicated he would be back Saturday, no show his truck broke down. Coming Sunday no show he needed a new auger. Coming Monday no show no explanation. Very unprofessional in his communication and business ethics bordering on dishonesty.
