Very poor service – I was not happy with the service I received from Dan's Grading when building our new home. The bid was very low even after Don, (president) looked at the lot. Everytime I turned around during the excavation, the price was going up. The level of communication with other contractors (plumber) was extremely poor and ended up costing us much more money. At the end of the day, the final cost was almost twice the original bid.
