Update from the last two posts…been in the house two years..still waiting for items on the four month walk thru to be addressed. Just an update to this original review which was written six months ago. As a recap, our four month walk thru was done at month five. The first line item was finally addressed around month nine, a few others addressed around month 12. As of today, 1 year and two months later, several items remain unresolved. I wish I could tell you about what it’s like living in our beautiful new home, but I wouldn’t know. We never, never, never, should have gone with this company. After talking with several other people in our plan that worked with Dan Ryan over the last year and a half, it’s the EXACT same story all around. Your home will not be built within the time frame they tell you. We are now TEN months into our 6 month build and STILL no closing date.
