Excellent service, honest and quick. Highly recommend.
I called to ask a simple question and the lady asked me where I am from and she said well we don't do nothing for free! I was not calling for a handout I was just needing a tire shop. I've never used this shop and I wanted to keep it local but after the rude uncalled for phone service I'll never give them a try. It would have been nice to not have to go elsewhere but I'll gladly make the drive to get good customer service! Hope y'all have a wonderful day.
I recently had new tires and an alignment done at another shop that I thought was reputable, but the alignment was terrible-my 2008 Toyota Tacoma actually drove worse than before. I wasn't happy at all. The next morning I called Dan Ray Tires and spoke with Jon. I explained what happened and what I needed, and he was eager to help. As soon as I arrived, he got my truck on the rack. His alignment was spot on-he even showed me the readings on the alignment machine and give me a print out.
