I'm really not to sure how to give this review because i have never sued anyone before and I didn't know what to expect. Dan and his team were extremely attentive and wonderful to work with. He did what the big commercial firms couldn’t and fought to get my injury case heard which lead to a settlement. I was injured in a rehab facility. Dan took my case and sent my records to his medical expert. After review he told me he couldn't continue with my case and gave me the reasons. I told him the only way his expert could have come to her conclusions were if my records were falsified. After three years involving the attorney general ombudsman and finally the governor's office they discovered that my medical records were correct and Dan's medical expert was wrong.
