Cannot leave zero stars or I would. Paid for tax preparation services but taxes were never filed. We had to prepare the tax returns ourselves.
I had my Taxes amended for previous years and IRS is coming back to get the refund stating I was not suppose to get it. When calling Dan he does not answer. I already paid what was due and was assured no problems with IRS will occur. I am frustrated. Will be going to BBB and attorney general if no response.
I need Dan the tax mans company to call me back. Let me know what my status is going forward. They are not answering phone calls or returning calls. Next step is to contact BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE
Mr. Dan has worked on our tax computations for the past 3 years and we are always satisfied with the job he's done. He is always ready to answer any questions we have and is very knowledgeable with tax preparations.
