Dan listed my house in April 2025, took some pictures and I’ve only heard from him twice since. He’s not very proactive. Good talker to get the listing then just disappeared. He comes across as a nice man who knows his stuff but does not seem willing or interested in communicating or putting in any actual effort to sell houses. Would not recommend.
