DP was referred by a friend. I had received solutions and quotes from four other companies for a 2-ton replacement. DP provided a reasonable price and did an excellent job on my home. Would highly recommend!!
Dustin came today for our first service. He was on time and very professional. He also spotted a couple of important items as my unit is in the attic over the garage that I was un aware of. We have him set on an annual basis for maintenance. We lso had him install the ultra blue light for air purification.
Was placed on hold and then after 5 minutes hung up on. They've lost my business!
Very responsive, quick service. Fair prices, honest analysis.
I made a note to call Dustin for a tune-up. I was having work done and all of a sudden Dustin appears. He was in the neighborhood and stop to see if all was ok and remind me it was tune-up time. Talk about perfect timing and taking care of their customer. Dustin does a great job. Thanks.
