After my previous mortgage broker retired, I contacted Dan. From start to finish, Dan was a great communicator. He was fast to answer questions and knows the mortgage industry inside and out. Dan navigated the lender’s requirements and synchronized with my real estate agent and escrow to keep everything moving. This made closing on the property easy. I would definitely use Dan again and would definitely recommend Dan to friends and family!
After 3 lenders failed and were not able to finance my deal, Dan came in on short notice and was able to close escrow on time!! He did an amazing job and I will be referring him to everyone! Always answered his phone and always on time! I'll be using Dan in the future again.
