I bought a 2019 kia forte from them 2 years ago. I was told at time of purchase the only thing I would have to pay for is tires and brakes. I paid extra for a warranty I never was told about. I got about 3 oil changes with them free the 4th one they wanted to charge me 85 dollars and I said no thank you. When asked to print out my warranty they either say they can't find it or it'll take awhile because they have to search for it. Shouldn't take months to search for it.
