Absolutely amazing. Very helpful and reasonably available for any questions or if I wanted to schedule a house tour. I developed a very friendly relationship with him and he showed that he cared about me getting my ideal house and took into account my work situation to create a compromise with his. He also set up a very helpful computer algorithm to scan the market for possible houses that match my needs. I would recommend him to any potential home owner or someone looking for a house.
Dan is a top tier realtor. He is patient, stress-free and understanding, but also very quick to respond, offer alternates/suggestions and very knowledgeable. He also has an excellent grasp of building maintenance, structural integrity and upkeep, which was unique and proved extremely helpful when going through the offering, inspecting and closing processes.
We've worked with Dan a couple times now - selling a condo last year and buying a house recently. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market! Dan has all the skills you'll need in a realtor - he's a great communicator and is very detail oriented. He works with a lender and an attorney, which is convenient if you don't have that lined up. Dan is an outstanding realtor. During our search we changed gears many times and Dan was extremely patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the properties we toured. We ended up getting a condo in the perfect location and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Dan to any friends and family.
