Dr Nguyen is always a pleasure to talk to. He spends time explaining things, asks about my family and my mental state, and is just a really good person.
I’ve been seeing Dr Nguyen for years and find he is always resolves my issue either himself or with a referral. He listens and diagnoses as good as any physician I have had and he’s a nice guy.
I've been seeing Dan Nguyen as Dr Byrne's backup for the past couple of years. He is always attentive, listens to me and provides helpful advice and directives. I've been going to Chelmsford Family Practice for over 20 years and have never, ever had a negative issue with care or billing. Now that Dr. Byrne has retired and having met Dr. Nguyen several times I feel very confident that the satisfaction level will continue.
Great patient care, always on time. Always listens to what the patients worries are. Always can get into see him and always will return a call to speak to the patient directly
It's all about the money. Double billed for a physical and office visit when I thought I was having a physical. Physicals are not free there. Stay away!!!!!!
