I'm sad to write this. I've seen all these great reviews, but perhaps these are different times. Two years ago my husband was hit by a person who ran a red light and was ticketed. I was injured at work and the employer and insurer denied the Worker's Compensation claim. Dan newlins office, attorney Heidi ********** and her staff were so great to me and also my wife Kerry Wells. We were hit by a vehicle while riding a tandem bicycle in the bicycle lane. the vehicle was at fault. The insurance company tried their best to low ball me. Would not recommend for workman's compensation case. They did not fight for me. All he did was file paperwork. He was not even familiar with my case. It also took a year to get all of the medical bills paid.

I am a elderly widow , after a truck rear ended me, I called my doctor only to find out he does see people in accident. I called my car insurance and didn't receive help from them.
