I was here last week and i received outstanding customer service. From the minute I walked into the store, I was asked if I needed help by the employee behind the counter. They immediately checked for Harvey's Bristol Creams I was searching for on the system. Bloke immediately went with me me and showed me where I could find it on the shelf. This Dan Murphy's is bigger, and has a much bigger range, than my local does. Wanted to grab a special bottle for a special someone that my local didn't have. Had a look online at which stores were on the way, and which ones had the bottle I wanted. The Ringwood store answered the call and came to the rescue. Super helpful service as soon as I walked through the door, Dan's special pricing for members, and drove away one happy customer.
