When I went to pick up my order, they shouted at people and made us wait. Terrible service.
Yung, a staff who ruined the good reputation and impression of this shop. He left me waiting in line while chatting endlessly with a customer who had already been served. When I politely asked him if it would be quicker in the other lane, he rolled his eyes and answered rudely with a “YES, most likely,” in a tone that felt dismissive and sarcastic rather than helpful.
