I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agent. Communication was inconsistent. I had to chase updates that should have been proactively provided. Trust is critical when dealing with insurance, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel confident that my needs were being handled with care or attention to detail. Important items slipped through the cracks, which created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliability, transparency, and consistent communication.
