I am so pleasantly surprised with the customer service! Tim helped me out. I had a rough morning, first blowing a tire and then the spare. He was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely will not be going to any other mechanic. Excellent Service👌 I had been having recently bad experience with the Auto repair shops where they "overcharge" you and make you wait several days to get your car repaired. I had brought my car into this Point S Tire Factory on Main Street near 42nd for a "Blower Motor replacement". I told them the issue and I had made an appointment to have it installed and the parts were ordered.
