Came in with 1 tire with a bulge & another showing steel. These guys had me in & out under an hour, with No appt.
Edit: Point S Springfield and its owners value NOTHING! The details have been provided to you several times now Steven including over the phone via the number provided. If you need further details please contact Point S corporate for the details I provided them. On top of those details, Point S also failed to remove the excess fix-a-flat that was used and they were aware of. I was told they actually did nothing. I am so pleasantly surprised with the customer service! Tim helped me out. I had a rough morning, first blowing a tire and then the spare. He was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely will not be going to any other mechanic. Excellent Service👌 I had been having recently bad experience with the Auto repair shops where they "overcharge" you and make you wait several days to get your car repaired. I had brought my car into this Point S Tire Factory on Main Street near 42nd for a "Blower Motor replacement".
