If I could give Dan Menard 10 stars, I would. He was friendly, so kind and showed genuine interest in mine and my husband’s search for a home. We ended up having to look outside of Marquette County and Dan was still invested in our search and still showed genuine interest in how we were doing. Working with Dan is like working with a friend and I will recommend him to everyone I come across.
I found Dan because of a random listing that he had. I’m living out of state, looking for the right place in the UP. I worked with Dan remotely for nine or 10 months, and we found the right place. I bought it sight unseen, because I trusted him. You should too. The place is even better than I anticipated.
