I was happy to find Dan to recaulk my bathtub. There was an issue with finding a material that set properly because of what was used previously, but Dan didn't give up until he found the right solution. On top of his diligent work ethic, Dan was also very courteous and charged a very reasonable rate.
Dan recently did extensive recaulking, crack repair, wallpaper removal, and painting in our main bathroom. He has also reinstalled a damaged downspout for us. Dan is the consummate gentlemen. He works carefully, steadily, and unobtrusively. His work is of the highest quality. He made excellent suggestions and recommendations. He was meticulous in storing his tools and keeping the renovation area clean and tidy throughout the process. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan.
