Definitely, the rudest person I encountered. I have spoken to Jason the one who looks at the pool and he said he can do the job and everything is good. Called the store to get an actual bid and time frame when we can be scheduled. The lady who owns this place refused to work with us even though they built the pool due to not working with them since 2005 she said and not being a loyal customer. I explained to her that we had just bought the property and don't have anything to deal with before and her answer is "I don't care" ... read more

Horrific customer service. Called to speak to someone over the phone regarding repairs for a pool they've built. They don't want to talk to us because "they haven't spoken to anyone at that property for 27 years." The owner Vicky was yelling in the phone then hung up.
