I had small accident on Thursday and State Farm has been wonderful, I called claim office on the same day, and they got the ball rolling. Donna is fantastic! We have multiple structures and vehicles through State Farm. Any time I have a question, she is easy to reach and has a quick answer. In addition to her responsiveness, she has worked me me to figure out ways to save money on premiums. She and Dan have a wonderful office and I highly recommend them for home, auto, and renters insurance if you have a college student in an apartment.

I have been a State Farm customer for 45 years and only with this agent a few years..but all my interactions have far exceeded what I expected. Donna, who works with Mr Loggins is a wealth of insurance knowledge and knows how to answer any question you may ask. This agency is all about helping their clients receive all their benefits available for any and every claim. I have never had a single issue with this insurance agency. It's people such as Donna and Mr Loggins that give State Farm a good name!!
Donna is always so quick to answer and when I was in a pinch she was able to meet me half way and understand I love insuring through them and always recommend them!
