Office staff (not all) have been very rude on the phone when calling to try to get px refills. I had been told 4 times in one particular case that they had called my px into my pharmacy. They had not. I tried to call back at 4:45 (they close at 5) no one answered. I had a nurse argue with me how I was to give birth and how my body works. Sorry but one of us has had this body longer and how I give birth is my choice.
Dr likness is awesome. We had our first baby with him. This office is always right on schedule & happy. They are friendly & good to their patients. They also offer additional support such as child education classes and other classes after baby is born.
