One of the best optometrists I have ever been to! Was patient and friendly and doesn't mind doing anything in the office if needed! Fully educated me and answered all my questions. The friendliness of him is out of this world! His honesty was the best! He goes over and beyond! The entire staff follows his lead!
Recently relocated from Florida after 17yrs living there with established doctors, etc., and I needed to get new contacts. After using mono-vision contact lens for almost 20-yrs I did some research and learned that there was a better option for me as I got older, so I decided to change from 'mono-vision' to bifocal contacts. The moment I stepped in the door, I was approached with kindness and prompt customer service. Dr. Lam and his assistant handled my exam with care and not took the time to educate me and answer my questions. I also appreciated that there were several lines of frames that gave back to various charities with each purchase. Sending my entire family!
