Had a visit with a doctor yesterday. Lab orders were never sent over to the lab center of choice. Called while waiting at the lab center to get the orders and received the run around with the phone. No one returned calls waiting at the lab center for over two hours. The place will not be recommended for future visits.

When you are first diagnosed with Cancer, it's the most frightening experience ever. I was so fortunate to find the Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Center, where I met Dr. Yelena Bracchini, MD as my Oncologist. Dr. Bracchini is caring and very thoughtful. Dr. Meza Rios is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough as well as compassionate. Cancer was something that we had never dealt. She was very patient, answered all of our questions, her staff as well as her were very helpful and always quick to respond and assist in questions or treatment issues. Cancer is an extremely scary but Dr Meza Rios and her staff helped us navigate through it with support and comfort.
