While they Will perform your imaging, they will not communicate with you after the imaging. I have been trying to reach them by telephone repeatedly for the past two weeks and I’ve had a series of Leaving messages to no avail. I cannot get anyone to return a phone call regarding previous imaging. I had at another location that I had sent because of the request to this facility. THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW. but I will keep on reposting as as my right . They have deleted multiple other negative reviews from others as well. DO NOT GO HERE!! ESPECIALLY TO JAN SUNDAE This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had DONT GET caught in their MESS : • Fraudulent Billing & Insurance Abuse: They/jan sundae billed me for a “level 3” new patient visit lasting far longer for one hour when I was with the Dr for 40 mins. than I was actually seen, clearly just to squeeze every dollar from insurance and ... read more
I never thought I would feel this abandoned by a medical facility. I was a long-time patient of Dr. Udden, who was not only highly knowledgeable but deeply compassionate and attentive. After his passing, the way his patients have been handled has been incredibly upsetting. As one of his patients, I genuinely feel like we were thrown under the bus. I was told in my hometown that I would need a thyroidectomy to get rid of a cancerous thyroid nodule. I found this facility using a search engine and emailed them an enquiry. I was amazed at the speedy response. The very next day they reached out and I was scheduled a video consultation with Dr. Grogan in less than two weeks. We discussed treatment options as he looked at all my tests that I uploaded to MyChart.
