This clinic is crazy. 13 months ago they scheduled an annual physical twice in he same year. This year I scheduled my annual physical for 7:40am today. I get a text message at 7am telling me that my appointment has been cancelled. Really?? I would like to think you wish to offer better service than this but these are the facts.
I have seen many specialists at the Ankeny location in addition to my PCP Dr Koos, who responds to questions through the portal in a timely manner. He also orders tests that he feels are needed and will be accepted by insurance. I feel as though I am getting the best care possible and highly recommend Dr Koos and other providers at the Iowa Clinic Ankeny location.
Cancelled appointment 25 minutes prior to appointment. Coincidentally occurred the week of Christmas. Should not be in practice if cannot work committed hours or give ample notice for cancellations.
I love and am grateful for Iowa Clinic. Dr. Koos is THE best. His nurse Courtney goes above and beyond to help me. Dr. Koos is very concerned, helpful, caring. This is the best place to go!
