Now words written here could capture my deep appreciation to Dan. With two homes Under Contract just before Hurricane Ian, the aftermath left me nervous, but not Dan. I live many states ways in Utah. Dan mobilized to insure debris ways cleared away, all repairs made and we close with only a modest extension. Once the Appraiser to complete a follow up visit, we were clear to close on both homes.
