Not a very professional company. Sierra regularly gets high on the clock and an employee even saw her pipes. Terminated him with no reason or cause. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT SIERRA
Pretty sure she showed up to my interview high, as she was 10 minutes late and was also late for my partners interview. Her facial expression was very odd and after my partner got the job she wasn’t very informative on what it was he was supposed to be doing, wouldn’t answer calls or emails, and then terminated him without cause. He even saw her pipes in the console of her car. Someone needs to do something about her becuz she is making your company look absolutely awful.
