We couldn't be more happy with our new RAV4! Trevor Arsenault and the sales team at Dan Hecht were super professional, friendly and helpful. They were up front about everything and took great care of us. They even stayed past closing to finish up the deal. This is a long one, but every detail is another nail in the coffin. Tl;dr: slow service, dishonest techs. I took my recently purchased car to Dan Hecht for an inspection. I wanted a hybrid-certified mechanic to look at the car, because my usual shop does not specialize in hybrids. I called on a Monday, got an appointment for Thursday. Do not come here for an oil change unless you want to wait an hour and half. Absolutely ridiculous service.
