Made an apt 3 weeks ago. I had to take off work for today of course. So on Monday i asked what time he ignored me on the time. Trying to get an estimated time he would get here this am. I was informed his guys were out sick for 2 days and would have to reschedule. Why didn’t he call yesterday? I could have went to work.why didn’t he call this am? I could have went to work. Why are so unprofessional? If you don’t care about an eta or communication then this is the company for you.
Dan is the greatest! Professional, affordable and prompt! Highly recommended!! Have known Dan for many years and wouldn't use any other company!
