Dan has been an outstanding agent for my family for several years. He is consistently responsive, always available to help and goes above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service he provides!
Been sitting in the office for over an hour. Not greeted or acknowledged. The office is dirty and dusty and has a nasty old fishtank that you get to breathe in all the old fish poop from while you wait . Not to mention there’s no air conditioning . There is only one woman working the front desk doing Dans job for him. There have been billing issues on my end and State Farm’s and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone. And when they did pick up the phone they messed up the billing . So now I get to sit here and wait... read more
