Dan initionally put our walkway in 11 years ago and did a beautiful job. 9 years later, it needed to have the edging replaced and some sand filled in between the pavers. Terrible job! The guy poured sand on the paver joints and never brushed the sands in the cracks and also didn't wet it to set the sand. He just left piled of sand on my walkway.
