I been in the trucking business for eleven years with that been said i’am a professional driver and with all this years honesty is almost impossible to unload here I haven’t encounter folks like this ever first of all if u are beginner don’t think u’ll be able to deliver on this place is horrible they unload u onside they don’t have a dock place is very very tide they unload with a pallet jack and a forklift on the road and staff are very irresponsible if I could give this people a 0 star I would.
Eric was very professional and did a great job. I had 3 stains that would not come out with just steam cleaning and he took the time to use other means to remove those. He also gave me information on the type of carpeting I have in my home and the best way to care for it.
This was an excellent experience, Ron fully explained the process and the use of safe materials. We had some pretty bad stains from our dog. Ron walked through and analyzed each room with me. The job turned out beautifully including a white area rug our dog had totally soaked. At the end of the job Ron walked through each room with me to analyze the results.
