I had an amazing experience with this Dan Dan the Carpet Man! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The technician was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process, which I really appreciated. I had some tough stains I thought were permanent, but they completely disappeared! Even old, set-in stains were noticeably diminished. We've been using Dan Dan The Carpet Man to clean our carpet and couch (and sometimes our dining room chairs) for a few years. Each time we've been very pleased with the work they did. This last time I also asked them to clean the luxury vinyl plank in our bathrooms. I knew the cleaning I did wasn't getting up all the dirt as I could see a difference where our small rugs covered the floor. As always they do a very good job
Waited way too long to have the carpets cleaned. Now? They’re back to looking new and smelling fresh. Will not wait so long next time and definitely calling Dan Dan back again.
