DDTCM did a great job on my carpets and tile. The technician was on-time and pleasant. I will definitely use them again.
They came on time. Explained the procedure completely. Cleaning took about an hour. Explained the drying time and how to walk on the carpet B4 it was dry if I needed to. Estimate was the same as final charge. This was the second time they cleaned my rugs. I will use them again.
They are true to their word! They did a great job of communicating in every aspect of the job. We had one stubborn stain, and as promised they were back to address it again. Will definitely use them again.
The work was completed on time and the rigs look and feel fantastic!
