I was bringing a family member to their appt so I didn't see the doctor but my family members to who are his patients are happy with him. The reception area is inviting, very clean & professional. The receptionist at check in was very friendly and also professional. The office itself is easy to find once in the building but there was some confusion in finding the actual address. Dr. DAN WAS SO nice. It was the front desk that was horrible. I had a upcoming procedure that I didn't know the out of pocket cost..I had to call & they finally called me 4 days before my appointment & told me I would have to pay $1800 um well that's not something you drop on someone 4days before the procedure. So instead of canceling the appointment..the lady called me the morning of the appointment telling me to come in. I told her we canceled the appointment & she tried to charge me. Love the experience of Dr. Harris and love his staff. Had dental surgery on all of my lower teeth and had absolutely no problems at all.
