On time and very curtious.
Multiple wrong diagnostic readings. All called for wrong repairs that we had to pay for. Kept truck for almost 1.5 months only for me to suggest where the issue might be. And then magically the next day they found a corroded wire. Yet we still paid for wrong diagnostic readings, and wrong parts and labor. So my question is at what point is the dealership financially responsible for wrong repairs???!!!!! It seems like a scam to take a $100 repair and run it up to a $3000 repair.
