The positive - I bought a vehicle at a price my local dealer said was impossible, the trade in offer was superior to other dealerships, and the salesman was nice. The negative - it took 5 hours in the showroom to accomplish the purchase with long periods of waiting alone when I had an appointment and it was supposed to be a “sign and drive”.
