I used Dan’s carpet cleaning service, and it was completely disappointing — honestly a waste of money. They outsourced the work to another company, and the equipment they used was not professional carpet cleaning machinery, just what looked like a regular household vacuum cleaner. The stains and dark spots were still there afterward, especially around the corners near the baseboards and hallway edges, which were not cleaned properly at all.
