Three days in a row I have tried to call them and sat in hold for HOURS! Still have not getting someone to answer! Update someone answered and she hung up on me!!!! If I could give less stars I would!!

Terrible experience, online application required a paper application, that mailed in, paper application was never considered despite being received by them, they said to wait 6 months to get to it. I went to progressive direct, got a cheaper quote, saved over $1000 for better coverage, and insurance on the spot, took 5 minutes.
