I just got a quote from someone at Dan Brooks surveying, LLC by text message, no phone conversation, nothing else, the quote was $1,150 to survey a 1.14 acre lot. The other quotes for surveying were $900, $950 and $1,000 doesn't mean because the other quotes were cheaper they would have done a better job. Haven't decided yet who I'll use for surveying. I'll add to this once the lot is surveyed. I'm sure Mr Brooks is professional and does a good job just would have been nice to speak to someone on the phone like the other sur... read more

They treated us very well and we truly appreciate his service. We called them on the end of March and we're scheduled on mid June, Stacey kept us on the loop, we have a great communication. Dan did an excellent job, he did what we asked for and then some, he was very professional and thorough. It was worth it. We'll definitely use them again and will highly recommend Dan Brooks Surveying LLC to everyone who needs their property mark or surveyed.

I would highly recommend them!! They were friendly and easy to work with. They did exactly what I needed done! They were very fair in what they charged. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need any more surveying done.
