Dan Billy Service has been doing repair work for me for many years. They always have answers and fixes to my problems and an even better thing is they charge extremely reasonable prices. With the great luck I have had over the years doing smaller fixes I decided to go with them to install a new furnace and central air in my home and they were amazing. Nightmare! Broke a bolt on my boiler. Told me a part on the unit needed to be replaced and it would take some time to find as it was an old unit and left. He left me in limbo not knowing if or when he would return. Would not return my calls and marked the project completed through my Consumers appliance account. This was such a cowardly thing to do to anyone let alone a senior customer. Thanks Patrick.
