Dan Barton was exceptional!! He was very knowledgeable about the process of purchasing a home; the accepting of our offer, the contract negotiation, and the inspection of the home. Dan kept in contact with both my husband and l during the entire process. Dan was charming, witty, and so personable that we have adopted him into our family. I highly recommend Dan, he is extremely professional.

The only problem with this rating is that 5 stars is the most that I can give. I believe in Dan's case it should be 1000 stars. He was phenomenal, patient, honest, and showed that he was willing to go above and beyond to help you get where you wanted to be. I trust him, and anyone looking to buy a home should too, that is bit easy for me to say. I really believe that I not only gained a realtor, but a friend in Dan Barton, thats for sure.
Dan was/has been absolutely AMAZING to our family. He promised to put us in a house before Christmas when the odds were stacked against us and he did just that! I will ALWAYS use Dan as my relator because not only is he a man of his word, but you can truly see the passion and love he has for his job AND his clients. I will forever recommend him, not only did we find our life long relator but we truly did make a life long friend!
Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to assist us in every step of the way on our first house purchase . So grateful that we found him at the right time. I will highly recommend!
