This place is a joke and went down hill after Lorraine left. They are unorganized, sloppy and their communication is awful. I have tried to reach out to Karen on several occasions, and she is never in office. The older gentleman that answered is crabby, miserable to the point where I felt bad I was calling. When Karen did finally get back to me, her tone was rude and honestly, unwelcoming. Is that how you want to run a business? This is the best place to get your insurance. I was getting ripped off from another insurance company and Karen doubled my coverage and lowered my payments. This is an honest, quality place to do business. I recommend Damstesder's with the highest rating!!!
