I purchased flowers here at 11:05 a.m. on Saturday, September 6th. They had a beautiful stand with nice arrangements, but the customer service was disappointing. When I asked about prices, I was told, in a curt tone, that they were “on the tag.” Later, when I asked about a plant in the back, the staff member struggled with the bag and then snapped at me, saying, “I don’t need your help.” To be honest, I can’t remember the last time someone in customer service spoke to me that way—it came across as unnecessarily rude. Beautiful flowers and an impressive variety for a small stand. Picked up a gorgeous bouquet before hopping on the train. Packaging is nice too. Highly recommend! (And much more reasonably priced than Zabars in the grand central marketplace.)
