I bought a new F150 Powerboost 5 months ago from DAMS. I bought this as an early retirement gift to myself and was suppose to be the last truck I would ever buy. I have had numerous issues with DAMS and the Truck. 1st the paperwork was messed up. I received notices from Ford Canada and went back to Dams to try and see what was going on. DAMS made an error on their end. My husband and I have had several issues with this dealership. There have been numerous times that we have had our F-150 in for maintenance or a fix, and needed to take it back after we pick it up because the issue is not fixed or something else goes wrong right after picking it up as a result of their work. This dealership does not seem to care if they cause other issues or even fix the ones originally brought in for. Would certainly recommend going to a different Ford dealership.
Nic is so awesome, very knowledgeable and patient. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. I am very statisfied with this service, over and above the call of duty! Thank you .
Great service! Love this place! They constantly updated me on the status of my car, and they even washed the car! It's a little pricey, and the parking situation can be a little crazy on busy days,... but other than that, no complaints.
Was really impressed with the guys at Dam Ford especially Kirt. Came in for a test drive and ended up buying a new Bronco. They made the process so easy and pain less, very professional. Would highly recommended you buy your next vehicle at Dam Ford.
