All of the staff at the D'Amour Center are wonderful, But there are several who are outstanding: Gary, Kim- RN and Ann, RN. Also Sandy (volunteer) and Dylan (valet parking) also deserve a "high five".
My mom has been treated so beautifully, my only complaint is that they are getting rid of the massage people, this is a difficult time in these people lives and to give them some TLC, the therapist just made my mom so relaxed at such a hard time, shame on Baystate for getting rid of such a vital asset to the patients well-being!
