My pool pump wasn’t priming and I called Damon. He sat on the phone with me and went through all the different scenarios until we figured out the problem. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional! I am so very thankful I called him! He is now my pool guy!
Had questions about my pool bc the water is coppery/greenish. I called three other places before Damon. When I called Damon, we spoke on the phone for over an hour. Outstanding service and very fair prices! Damon helped me resolve a few issues with my pool pump and filter. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Followed through until my issues were resolved. Doesn't try to upsell and gives you the option to order your own parts. Couldn't recommend more.
Damon took the time to help me with the algae problem I've had for 3 years. He walked me through everything over the phone, and when I was unable to fix it, he came out to help me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining things to me. He took my pool from green to crystal clear and let me know how to keep it that way. Damon does an outstanding job as I have used him to take care of my pool for 2+ years !!! Great responsiveness & takes the time to communicate with me in “layman “ terms rather than at his “chemistry professor “ level ! I would recommend him highly !!
