They said they were going to call before showing up because they said they're at nobody was available that day or possibly even the next so I called another company. Then their employees just showed up at my house asking what needed to be done and I said sorry. Somebody else already came here because the person who answered the phone said you weren't going to be able to come before at least a couple days and they would call beforehand but apparently they didn't so drove out for nothing.

These guys were outstanding! I called with what I thought was an emergency and Doug was out that day. Working with the staff at Damon Plumbing and another company who had done interior work, we determined how best to fix the issue and save me a significant amount of money. Kayla, Braden, Skylar, and Brian were all very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Fabulous experience with Damon’s. We needed our entire pipe system replaced. They were quick, thorough, timely and friendly. They explained what they were doing and why it was needed along with the price. No surprises. Rusty and Austin were awesome. I could not give them a higher recommendation.
