We used them once before to get a gas line added in, it was a little pricy I thought, but they did come out the same day. Now we have tried to get them to come out to fix a leak in our tub drain. They told us that they couldn’t come that day but would give us a call to come the next day. Good communication, easy to deal with, good professional service and reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

They said they were going to call before showing up because they said they're at nobody was available that day or possibly even the next so I called another company. Then their employees just showed up at my house asking what needed to be done and I said sorry. Somebody else already came here because the person who answered the phone said you weren't going to be able to come before at least a couple days and they would call beforehand but apparently they didn't so drove out for nothing.

These guys were outstanding! I called with what I thought was an emergency and Doug was out that day. Working with the staff at Damon Plumbing and another company who had done interior work, we determined how best to fix the issue and save me a significant amount of money. Kayla, Braden, Skylar, and Brian were all very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.
