Just got off the phone trying to make an appointment with them. I had the RUDEST receptionist. She had such an attitude - short, curt replies, absolutely awful! Why would anyone want to go to this practice if this is what you are going to be dealing with? Moving on...
I have been a patient of Dr. Matthew Whaley for about a year. I was not able to see Dr. Tanton due to his busy schedule and now same with Dr. Whaley. I had an appointment with Dr. Whaley twice which was canceled. At that time I was told bc he changed his schedule and doesn’t see patients after 2pm any longer and now after waiting 3 months bc of the hurricane all appointments were canceled.
